271B.17 -010 Application of chapter. (1) This chapter shall apply to any corporation formed under the laws of this state unless the statutes relating to a corporation of that kind either are inconsistent with this chapter or state that the provisions of this chapter do not apply to it. (2) Subjec t to the provisions of subsection (1) of this section, corporations may be organized under this chapter for any lawful purpose or purposes.
