273.4 42 Community action agency may participate in pilot project established in KRS 205.632. A community action agency may participate in the pilot project established in KRS 205.632. The state administering agency shall work with the Department for Medicai d Services to effectuate the pilot project if community action agencies are deemed participating providers.
