278.716 Siting fund. (1) There is hereby created a trust and agency account in the Public Service Commission called the 'siting fund.' (2) All fees received by the board for the purpose of administering KRS 278.700 to 278.716 shall be deposited into the siting fund. The fund shall not lapse and all expenditures from the fund shall be used to implement KRS 278.700 to 278.716. Effective: April 24, 2002 History: Created 2002 Ky.
