281.602 Filing lien notice. The Department of Vehicle Regulation shall have the authority to file the notice of a lien with the county clerk prescribed in KRS 131.515 with respect to any license tax, excise tax, motor fuel tax, or other motor vehicular tax or fee administered by the department.
