286.1-010 Definitions for chapter. As used in this chapter, unless the context requires otherwise: (1)'Commissioner' means the commissioner of the Department of Financial Institutions; (2)'Department' means the Department of Financial Institutions; and (3)'Person' means a natural person, or any type or form of corporation, company, partnership, proprietorship, association, or other legal entity.
