286.11 -017 Application fee and license fee. Each application shall be accompanied by a nonrefundable application fee in the amount of five hundred dollars ($500) and a nonrefundable license fee of five hundred dollars ($500) if application is made on or before March 31, or the next business day if M arch 31 falls on a weekend or holiday. If application is made after March 31, the license fee shall be two hundred fifty dollars ($250). The license shall remain in force through September 30 of the same year the license is issued. Therefore, the Statute Reviser, acting under KRS 7.136(1), has codified this sec tion as a new section of KRS Chapter 286.
