286.9 -073 Agent for service of process required. Every person licensed under this subtitle shall maintain an agent in this Commonwealth for service of process. The name, address, telephone number, and electronic mail address of the agent shall be filed with the application. The commissioner shall be noti fied in writing by the licensee at least five (5) days prior to any change in the status of an agent. Effective: July 15, 2010 History: Amended 2010 Ky.
