292.6 511 Short title of KRS 292.6501 to 292.6512 -- Construction of KRS 292.6501 to 292.6512. (1) KRS 292.6501 to 292.6512 shall be known as and may be cited as the Uniform TOD Security Registration Act. (2) KRS 292.6501 to 292.6512 shall be liberally constru ed and applied to promote its underlying purposes and policy and to make uniform the laws with respect to the subject of KRS 292.6501 to 292.6512 among states enacting it. (3) Unless displaced by the particular provisions of KRS 292.6501 to 292.6512, the principles of law and equity supplement its provisions. Effective: August 1, 1998 History: Created 1998 Ky.
