304.13 -021 Scope of KRS 304.13 -011 to 304.13 -161. KRS 304.13 -011 to 304.13 -161 apply to all types of insurance written on risks in this state by any insurer authorized under this chapter to do business in this state, except: (1) Life insurance; (2) Annuities; (3) Wet marine and transportation insurance; (4) Accident and health insurance; (5) Reinsurance; (6) Assessment or cooperative companies operating under the provisions of KRS Chapter 299; (7) Individual and group workers' compensation self -insurers; (8) Title insurance; and (9) Liability self -insuranc e groups.
