304.17A -800 Purpose of KRS 304.17A -800 to 304.17A -844. The purpose of KRS 304.17A -800 to 304.17A -844 is to establish minimum standards for self-insured employer -organized association groups to assure that such groups are providing adequate coverage for health benefit liability risks.
