304.18 -180 Commissioner may adopt rules and regulations. The commissioner of insurance shall administer the provisions of KRS 304.18 -130 to 304.18 -170 and may adopt rules and regulations to implement the provisions of KRS 304.18 -130 to 304.18 -170.
