304.2 0-043 Cancellation of policy held by state employee prohibited, when -- Exception. No insurer shall cancel, refuse to renew, or increase the premium on an automobile insurance policy on an automobile owned by an insured who is employed by the Commonwealt h of Kentucky because of an accident which occurred while the insured was acting in the scope and course of his employment as a state employee and was operating a motor vehicle owned by the Commonwealth of Kentucky, except in the case of a driver who has a pattern of conduct exhibiting a disregard for the traffic laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky.
