304.20-090 Workers' compensation insurers to provide proof of coverage to commissioner of Department of Workers' Claims. Any insurer providing workers' compensation insurance coverage for a Kentucky location shall provide proof of coverage to the commissioner of the Department of Workers' Claims in the Education and Labor Cabinet in accordance with the requirements of the chapter.
