304.20 -180 Intentional refusal or failure to provide information prohibited. (1) No person, insurer or authorized agency shall intentionally or knowingly refuse to release any information requested pursuant to KRS 304.20 -160(1) or (3). (2) No person or insurer shall intentionally or knowingly refuse or fail to provide authorized agenci es relevant information pursuant to KRS 304.20 -160(2). (3) No person or insurer shall fail to hold in confidence information required to be held in confidence by KRS 304.20 -170. Effective: July 15, 1980 History: Created 1980 Ky.
