304.3 -040 'Lloyd's Plan' insurer defined. A 'Lloyd's Plan' insurer is an unincorporated association of persons or associations of persons, designated as 'underwriters' who transact an insurance business as insurers in this state through an attorney -in-fact under the name 'Lloyd's' or under a 'Lloy d's Plan' of operation.
