304.3 -050 'Charter' defined. 'Charter' means articles of incorporation, articles of agreement, articles of association, charter granted by legislative act, or other basic constituent document of a corporation, or the power of attorney of the attorney -in-fact of a reciprocal insurer, o r underwriter's agreement and power of attorney of a Lloyd's plan insurer.
