304.3 2-275 Medicare supplement coverage for persons not eligible for Medicare by reason of age. Nonprofit hospital, medical -surgical, dental, and health service corporations delivering or issuing for delivery Medicare supplement contracts as defined in KRS 30 4.14-500 to 304.14 -550, or renewing such contracts, shall make available upon request Medicare supplement coverage for persons not eligible for Medicare by reason of age.
