304.38 -191 Conversion and continuation rights upon termination of group coverage. Any group policy, group plan, or group contract issued, delivered, or renewed by a health maintenance organization shall include continuation rights for certificate holders, pursuant to KRS 304.18 -110, and conversion rights for certificate holders equal to that provided in KRS 304.18 -114 subject to the minimum benefits specified in KRS 304.18 - 120.
