304.3 8-205 Medicare supplement coverage for persons not eligible for Medicare by reason of age. Health maintenance organizations delivering or issuing for delivery in Kentucky Medicare supplement contracts as defined in KRS 304.14 -500 to 304.14 -550, or renewi ng such contracts, shall make available upon request Medicare supplement coverage for persons not eligible for Medicare by reason of age.
