314.195 Prescriptive authority of advanced practice registered nurse. An advanced practice registered nurse shall be considered a practitioner for purposes of KRS Chapters 217 and 218A and shall have the authority granted to a practitioner pursuant to those chapters subject to the conditions set forth in KRS 314.042.
