314A.210 Review of board order. Any person aggrieved by a final order of the board may obtain a review of the order by filing a petition in the Franklin Circuit Court in accordance with KRS Chapter 13B. The commencement of proceedings under this section does not, unless specifically orde red by the court, operate as a stay of the board's order. Effective: July 15, 1996 History: Amended 1996 Ky.
