315.315 Presumption regarding prescription or medical order. Any prescription or medical order for a drug that is known to possibly cause an abortion shall be presumed by a pharmacy to be for indications other than for the termination of a pregnancy. A pharmacy dispensing such prescription or medical order shall not be required to verify that the prescription or medical order does not violate any provision of this chapter or KRS Chapter 216B.
