317.991 Penalties. (1) Any person who violates any provision of this chapter shall be guilty of a Class A misdemeanor; (2) Any person who violates any rule or regulation lawfully adopted by the board under the authority contained in this chapter shall be guilty of a Class B misd emeanor.
