317A.990 Penalties. (1) Any person who violates any provision of this chapter shall be fined not less than fifty dollars ($50) nor more than one thousand five hundred dollars ($1,500) per violation. (2) Any person who violates any administrative regulation lawfully promulgated by the board under the authority contained in this chapter shall be fined not less than twenty -five dollars ($25) nor more than seven hundred fifty dollars ($750) per violation. (3) Any person who violates KRS 317A.020 or 317A.155 shall be guilty of a Class B misdemeanor. Effective: July 14, 2022 History: Amended 2022 Ky.
