318.120 Employment of unlicensed plumber prohibited. No person or corporation who assumes responsible charge and direction of other persons in the installation of plumbing shall employ or engage any person not licensed under this chapter to perform and install plumbing. Provided, however, that this section s hall not be deemed to prohibit the employment or use of an apprentice as defined in this chapter. History: Amended 1974 Ky.
