318.150 Materials and methods to be used. No person shall use unsafe or defective material in the work of plumbing or drainage. Only the best known methods of installing materials, fixtures, appurtenances and appliances, including water supply piping, waste, ventilating and soil piping, and sewage piping shall be employed.
