318.990 Penalties. Any person who violates any provision of this chapter or any regulation adopted hereunder or any provision of the State Plumbing Code shall be fined not less than ten dollars ($10) nor more than one hundred dollars ($100) or imprisoned for not more than ninety (90) days or both for each offense.
