319A.150 License fee -- Use of title. The board shall issue a license to an individual who has met the requirements of this chapter upon the payment of the applicable license fee. An individual who is issued a license as an occupational therapist under the provisions of this chapter may use t he title 'occupational therapist licensed,' or use the letters 'O.T.R./L.' in connection with the title or place of business to denote his licensure. A person who is issued a license as an occupational therapy assistant may use the words 'certified occupat ional therapy assistant licensed' or may use the letters 'C.O.T.A./L.' in connection with the person's name or place of business to denote licensure.
