319B. 070 Licensee to provide care or services only upon order from licensed health care practitioner, physician, or advanced practice registered nurse. A licensee may provide care or services only if the care or services are provided pursuant to an order from : (1) A licensed health care practitioner authorized to issue such an order; or (2) A physician licensed under KRS Chapter 311 or an advanced practice registered nurse licensed under KRS Chapter 314, if the care or services are eligible for reimbursement f rom Medicare, Medicaid, or health insurance.
