321.205 Mobile facilities -- Authorized incidental activities. (1) A credential holder may utilize a 'mobile facility' or 'mobile unit' to conduct business within the scope allowable by their credential. (2) The mobile facility shall be registered under a current facility registration with the Kentucky Board of Veterinary Examiners in accordance with KRS 321.203 and 321.236 and the administrative regulations promulgated under the authority of this chapter. (3) The mobile facility and its operators shall comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws. (4) The mob ile facility may: (a) Make farm or house calls in a motor vehicle or utilize a motor vehicle equipped with special medical or surgical equipment appropriate for the species -specific services offered if the credential holder has a permanent base of operatio ns with a published address and telephone number where the credential holder may be contacted. The published contact information shall be on file with the board; (b) Apply the principles of environmental sanitation, food inspection, animal nutrition, artif icial insemination, environmental pollution control, zoonotic disease control, and disaster medicine in
