323A.120 Hearings in disciplinary proceedings -- Appeal. (1) No licensee shall be disciplined without an opportunity for a hearing. Hearings of the board shall be conducted in accordance with KRS Chapter 13B. (2) Any disciplined licensee may appeal the final order to Franklin Circuit Court in accordance with KRS Cha pter 13B.
