324B.010 Definitions for chapter. As used in this chapter: (1) 'Authority' means the Kentucky Real Estate Authority; (2) 'Cabinet' means the Public Protection Cabinet; (3) 'Commissioner' means the commissioner of the Department of Professional Licensing; (4) 'Department' means the Department of Professional Licensing; (5) 'Division' means the Division of Real Property Boards; and (6) 'Executive director' means the executive director of the Kentucky Real Estate Authority.
