325.990 Penalty -- Prosecution by Attorney General. Any person who violates any provision of KRS 325.380, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction thereof, shall be subject to a fine of not more than five hundred dollars ($500) or to imprisonment for not more than one (1) year, or both such fine and imprisonment. Whenever the board has reason to believe that any person is liable to punishment under this section it may certify the facts to the Attorney General of this state, who may, in his discretion, cause appropriate proceedings to be brought.
