329.150 Enjoining violations of or enforcing compliance with chapter. If any person violates the provisions of this chapter, the secretary shall, in the name of the people of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, through the Attorney General of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, apply, in any court of competent jurisdiction, for an order enjoining such violation or for an order enforcing compliance with this chapter. Proceedings under this section shall be in addition to, and not in lieu of, all other remedies and penalties provided by this chapter. History: Amended 1974 Ky. Acts ch. 74, Art.
