329.170 Governmental entities exempt from fee requirements. Subsection (1) of KRS 329.030, subsections (1) and (3) of KRS 329.040 and subsection (1) of KRS 329.050, relating to fees charged applicants for a license, shall not apply to any department of the United States or any agency of the city, county or state, p rovided that no fee is charged for administration of the test.
