335.399 Penalties for violation. Any person who shall violate or aid in the violation of KRS 335.305(1) shall upon conviction be fined not less than five hundred dollars ($500) nor more than five thousand dollars ($5,000), or sentenced to jail for not less than ten (10) days nor more than ninety (90) days, or both so fined and imprisoned in the discretion of the jury.
