34.020 Compensation of members. Members of judicial nominating commissions shall receive no compensation for their services but shall be paid their necessary expenses for each day spent in the performance of their duties. All claims for expenses shall be approved by the Chief Justice or his designee and shall be paid out of the State Treasury. Effective: March 9, 1976 History: Created 1976 Ky.
