341.126 Secretary to provide Legislative Research Commission with copy of any United States Department of Labor notice of conformity of state unemployment compensation with federal laws. The secretary shall provide to the Legislative Research Com mission a copy of any notification received by the cabinet from the United States Department of Labor or any division thereof regarding the conformity of state unemployment compensation with the Federal Unemployment Tax Act, 26 U.S.C. sec. 3301 et seq., th e Social Security Act of 1935, 42 U.S.C. sec. 301 et seq., or the Federal -State Extended Unemployment Compensation Act of 1970, Pub.
