342.245 Record of proceedings. All proceedings of the board and the administrative law judges shall be recorded in books kept for that purpose by the commissioner, which shall constitute a public record and shall contain an entry of each case, claim, or proceeding considered, heard or p assed upon by each administrative law judge and the board, with the award, finding or decisions made thereon.
