344.3 67 Unlawful discrimination in insurance against hazards to a housing accommodation. It is an unlawful practice for a person in the business of insuring against hazards to refuse to enter into, or discriminate in the terms, conditions, or privileges of, a contract of insurance against hazards to a housing accommodation because of the race, color, religion, national origin, familial status, disability, or sex of persons owning, or residing in or near the housing accommodation.
