350.025 Provisions inconsistent with federal law unenforceable. Any provision of this chapter which is set forth as inconsistent with the provisions of Public Law 95 -87 by the Secretary of the Interior pursuant to Section 505(b) of that act shall be deemed superseded by federal law and shall thereafter be unenforceable by the Commonwealth of Kentucky. The provisions of this section became operative on May 18, 1982, when the conditional approval granted by the United States Secretary o f the Interior appeared in the Federal Register.
