350.200 Signs to be posted at mining sites. All surface coal mining operations operating under a permit from the cabinet shall display appropriate signs at the entrances, clearly setting forth the name, business address, phone number of the permittee and the permit number of the surface coal mining and reclamation operations, as required by regulations of the cabinet.
