359.240 Pre -existing rental agreements unaffected. All rental agreements, entered into before July 15, 1988, which have not been extended or renewed after July 15, 1988, shall remain valid and may be enforced or terminated in accordance with their terms or as permitted by any other statute or law of this s tate.
