365.993 Penalties. Any person violating KRS 365.490 to 365.510 shall be fined not less than $300 nor more than $500 or imprisoned not less than ten (10) nor more than thirty (30) days for the first offense. For the second offense he shall be fined not less than $500 nor more than $1,000 and imprisoned not less than thirty (30) nor more than ninety (90) days. History: Created 1966 Ky.
