367.809 Registration number -- Inclusion in advertising. (1) The office, after ascertaining that the applicant has complied with KRS 367.805, shall issue a registration number. (2) It shall be unlawful for the registrant to fail to include the registration number in any advertising. Effective: April 5, 2024 History: Amended 2024 Ky.
