367.993 Penalty for violations of KRS 367.4774 and 367.381. (1) Any person who knowingly violates or causes to be violated any provision of KRS 367.4774 shall be guilty of a Class C felony. (2) Any person who knowingly violates or causes to be violated any provision of KRS 367.381 shall be guilty of a Class C felony. Effective: July 14, 1992 History: Created 1992 Ky.
