37.250 Right to carry arms. Officers and enlisted men of the Kentucky active militia when ordered on active duty as prescribed herein shall have the right to carry arms. All officers and enlisted men shall have the right to carry arms at any drill or ceremony. History: Created 1942 Ky. Acts ch. 4, sec. 18.
