376.190 Joinder of parties -- Limitation on action or filing of claim for lien. The plaintiff in an action to enforce a lien given by KRS 376.150 or 376.180 may unite with him as co -plaintiffs any similar lien -holders who consent thereto, and shall make all lien-holders and encumbrancers parties. Where the parties are numerous, any on e (1) or more may be designated by the court to prosecute or defend for the same class. Action to enforce the lien shall be filed within sixty (60) days from the date of the assignment, or from the date when the property goes into the hands of a receiver o r trustee, or from the date when the business is stopped, suspended or sold; or the claims for which a lien is asserted shall be filed in said time with the person authorized to receive and report claims.
