379.110 Compromise or sale of debts due or claims against estate. If it appears to be to the interest of the estate, the court may enter an order directing the assignee to sell, compound or compromise any debt due the estate, or to compromise any claim against the estate, but no such order shall be made within thirty (30 ) days after the application therefor has been made and filed.
