38.250 Amount of training each year. Every unit of the Kentucky National Guard shall assemble for drill and instructions not less than forty -eight (48) times each year, and shall participate in encampments, maneuvers or other exercises at least fifteen (15) days in each year unless excused therefrom by the Governor.
